High Def Plasma
Industrial Steel’s New High-Definition Plasma Cutting Systems gives near laser-quality cuts with higher processing speeds of up to 425 IPM. Our 6’ x 12’ cutting area and 1-1/2" capacity in carbon and non-ferrous materials allows us to produce quality parts through a wide range of applications to service our customer’s needs.
Our system can deliver dross free, sharp-edged parts and smooth cutting surfaces with an accuracy of .010" and a repeatability of .002". This, combined with our extensive inventory of temperpass and Ipsco™ plate products allows us to deliver assembly-ready parts for use in your products.
